Tuesday

Dance yrself clean.

I've liked this song for a while now.

Monday

EVERYTHING IS FALLING APART.

Even though it's all going to work out in a few years. Right?

Image from Grunge by Michael Lavine. Seattle, sometime between 83' and 93'.

Sunday

Clever.

I was in Ryann's bed earlier. Looking like shit, but wearing a kool kimono sweatshirt.

Saturday

What I've been wearing vs What I will be wearing.

You can say whatever the hell you wan about the jumper I'm posing with in that picture. But It's one of the coolest things I've ever fucking seen in my entire life since I started caring about ladies fashions. Imagine it after I wash it with a packet of black rit dye, and a cup of bleach (separate loads, you idiot).

Also, I did something this week that I haven't done in almost 20 years. I wore the same outfit 3 times in the same week. The one above. Those pants were blue when I bought them in Nantes 2 years ago. In an attempt to spot bleach them I turned them pink. Happy accident if you ask me. There is also some paint on them. Because I'm artsy, even though I don't do art. 5 year old mens pearl snap and suede booties purchased in Paris. Booya.

Thursday

A million isn't that much.

If I could take 2 vacations this year I'd do both.
But I can only take one.

Tuesday

Duchamp.

Ryann told me about this today.
R. Rose Selavy is Marcel Duchamp.

Monday

Rodarte.

States of Matter opened March 4th and will be on display until June.
Los Angeles anyone?

Good one.

The Loved One.

Turning me in to a lingerie girl, nyc.

My parents got married in Seaside in 1999. I can hardly remember this place.
But even after more than 10 years, I'd love to go back.

My sweet new friend dropped this off along with 3 other amazing albums.

Tuesday

Suck.

I've really been liking this song by Jessica Lea Mayfield today. And I will probably like it tomorrow.

Currently.

Trying not to stress out over the fact that I have no idea what I'm doing with my life. Instead thinking I'm going to do turquoise next time. Since I'm not doing anything productive or creative I'm just going to keep dying my fucking hair.

Thursday

If you like this.

Tea.

I have never been much of a tea drinker, but I must say Harney & Sons beautiful packaging has me thisclose to buying a $26 box of tea.

I started research because I made up a spring/summer cocktail.

This:

Chilled.

I don't have a name for it yet.
Please do yourself a favor and check out the Harney & Sons website.

Desole.

It's been a while. I've been sans computer, waiting patiently for my new one to arrive.

Which means I've had more time to devote to reading actual books, cleaning, being productive, and writing in a real-time journal.

In one of the books I started reading the author mentioned the story of Sam Hill. A man who built a gorgeous museum in the middle of nowhere (the middle of Washington state to be exact) and it sounded familiar. Turns out I visited the museum when I was 13. It left a really profound impression on me, but I could never remember the name. I would like to visit the Mary Hill Museum this spring.
